Mr. Charles Vorn “CV” Thompson, 82, of La Crosse, died Wednesday, July 28, 2010. He was a welder/mechanic having worked for Fluor Daniel Construction Co. during the construction of the North Anna Power Plant and a United States Air Force Korean Conflict Veteran. He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years Agnes Owen Thompson and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 A.M. in Crowder-Hite-Crews Funeral Home and Crematory with interment in Crestview Memorial Park with American Legion Military Honors. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
